All investments are subject to signed contracts. - Returns are not guaranteed and depend on market conditions.
CWO Transportation reserves the right to reject applicants.
3. Payments & Fees
Investors receive payouts per their contract (monthly). - Late payments may incur penalties. - Management fees (if applicable) will be disclosed upfront.
4. Truck Ownership & Maintenance
Investors own the truck(s) but must comply with our maintenance standards.
CWO Transportation handles operational logistics unless otherwise agreed.
5. Risk Disclosure
Trucking investments carry risks (market downturns, accidents, regulatory changes). - Past performance does not guarantee future results.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate agreements with written notice. - Early termination may involve buyout clauses or penalties.
7. Limitation of Liability
CWO Transportation is not liable for:
- Losses due to unforeseen market shifts.
- Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics).
- Third-party errors (e.g., payment processors).
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be resolved via mediation; unresolved issues may proceed to arbitration in United States.
